Exchange Programs

Students may earn credits toward their Juris Doctor studying abroad in an exchange program. Education Abroad Programs are institution-to-institution reciprocal agreements approved by Senate. Students selected for such programs remain registered at UBC, pay tuition and student fees only to UBC, and remain eligible for UBC awards and financial assistance. Law students may participate in a one term or full year of studies. Transfer students may only participate in a one term exchange. Joint Legal Education or Degree Partnership students are not eligible to participate in an exchange term. Allard School of Law students interested in pursuing an exchange should review the exchange offerings and requirements on the UBC Go Global website.
