Students entering from secondary school must have met the general University entrance requirements (see Admission) and have completed Principles of Mathematics 12 or Pre-Calculus 12. They must also complete one of Biology 12, Chemistry 12, or Physics 12, as well as two of Biology 11, Chemistry 11, and Physics 11.
To be eligible for second year of the Forest Science Major, students must have completed 6 credits of first-year English; BIOL_V 121 and 140 and one of BIOL_V 111 or Biology 12; MATH_V 100 and 101 (or 102 or 103); and CHEM_V 111 and 113 or 121 and 123. The program is designed to allow completion in three years following at least one year (30 credits) of university-level work.
