Students should also refer to the University's detailed registration information and other guidance at Current Students.
Students are encouraged to register in their preferred Standard Timetable (STT) on their assigned date of registration. Students admitted to the Entry-to-Practice PharmD, Professional Year 1 (PY1) must register by July 15. Failure to register by this deadline will result in forfeiture of the offer of admission to the program and forfeiture of the non-refundable admission deposit. Students are encouraged to consult the Faculty's Office of Student Services for details of any restrictions on enrolment or registration deadlines for PY1 students receiving a late offer of admission.
Students enrolled in courses offered by other UBC Faculties must abide by the Academic Regulations of the offering Faculty.
Students may not attend courses for which they have not registered or attend sections of courses other than those in which they are registered.
Within specified time limits, students may drop or withdraw from courses using Workday. After these dates, students are not normally permitted to withdraw from courses but may apply for Academic Concession (see Campus-wide Policies and Regulations > Academic Concession).
