Last day for payment of second instalment of fees for registration and course changes made on or before December 31. Students who have not paid their fees are placed on financial hold; further registration activity is not permitted, grades are not released, and graduation diplomas are withheld. Students are assessed a processing fee of $35 and interest is assessed on the outstanding balance until it is paid in full (see Fees).
