Graduate Studies: Last day for final master's theses and doctoral dissertations to be accepted by the Faculty of Graduate Studies for December 31 program end date. Must be approved and accepted by 4:00 pm. Students who meet this deadline will not be assessed tuition and student fees for 2012/13 Winter Session Term 2.
Graduate Studies: Last day for graduate programs to notify the Faculty of Graduate Studies that all requirements (including major papers) have been met for non-thesis master's degrees for December 31 program end date. Students who meet this deadline will not be assessed tuition and student fees for 2012/13 Winter Session Term 2.
International Welcome: International Student Orientation for new international (including US) and exchange students entering Winter Session Term 2.
Teacher Education program: Term 2 classes begin.
Last day for payment of second instalment of fees for registration and course changes made on or before December 31. Students who have not paid their fees will be placed on financial hold; further registration activity will not be permitted, grades will not be released and graduation diplomas will be withheld. Student will also be assessed a processing fee of $35.00 and interest will be assessed on the outstanding balance until it is paid in full (see Fees).
