Student Financial Assistance & Awards: Students who are planning to apply for the Winter General Bursary in August-September 2012 should have applied for government student loans for the winter session by this date.

Graduate Studies: Deadline for guaranteed consideration by the Faculty of Graduate Studies of recommendations from graduate programs for North American students to be admitted for registration in January 2013. Late recommendations may be accepted upon special request from a graduate program.
International Student Services welcome services for new international (including US) and exchange students (August 1 to 19 inclusive, and ongoing).
Last day for sponsored students to submit application to have fees billed to a sponsoring organization. Students who do not submit their applications by the deadline will be required to pay the first instalment of tuition fees by September 9 to avoid financial hold procedure (see Fees).
Mechanical Engineering: Last day for students to complete their registration for 2012/13 Winter Session Term 1 and Term 2 MECH courses.
