The Centre for Equitable Systems Design (CESD) delivers leading-edge educational programs to support individuals and organizations work more effectively and equitably in diverse cultural settings. As more people recognize the need for equitable and inclusive workplaces, our online courses and programs help individuals and organizations strengthen their capacity to engage across difference and address systemic barriers.
Programs are currently offered in the following areas:
- online courses and certificate programs in equity, diversity, and inclusion (EDI) and intercultural studies:
- online micro-certificates in anti-racism and diversity and inclusion
- an Associateship in Equitable Systems Design which is an experiential learning leadership program for graduates of the above online programs.
- The Equitable Systems Design for Organizations program is an applied and participatory program to implement EDI strategies within workplaces.
