UBC Extended Learning’s Centre for Equitable Systems Design (CESD) delivers leading-edge educational programs to support individuals and organizations work more effectively and equitably in diverse cultural settings. In a world that is increasingly aware of the prevalence of racism, it provides online courses and programs for individuals and organizations to support them in anti-racist work and to promote inclusive and meaningful interactions.
