The UBC Learning Exchange supports UBC to connect with Vancouver’s Downtown Eastside on pressing community-identified priorities relevant to all of British Columbia. It is a unique shared space for exploring ideas and opportunities, a learning hub where members of the community and the university exchange experience and expertise. Activities happen year-round, including:

UBC Students: Experiential learning opportunities for UBC students
UBC Faculty: Support for faculty to extend and enrich coursework
Researchers: Support for community-based research collaborations and results-sharing
Community Organizations: Partnerships with local organizations to address critical issues
