X̱wi7x̱wa Library

The First Nations House of Learning (FNHL) X̱wi7x̱wa Library is the newest branch of the UBC Library. Its collections focus on Aboriginal academic and community scholarship with an emphasis on British Columbia as well as national and international Indigenous issues. Its services support the FNHL mandate to make the University's vast resources more accessible to Aboriginal peoples through providing one-to-one and classroom instruction, customized web resources, Indigenized metadata, participation in social media, and interpretation of the many collections of Aboriginal materials held by the UBC Library for all learners. For further information, see the Branch website
