Walter C. Koerner Library

Koerner Library supports teaching, learning, and research in the humanities and social sciences. Reference help and format specialists (for maps, government publications, data) are available for consultation on both a drop-in and appointment basis. Koerner houses an extensive print collection of books, journals, maps, and government publications. In addition, it licenses a wide range of electronic journals, books, and databases relevant to the humanities and social sciences. Koerner is home to the Library’s Research Commons, a constellation of services targeted to graduate students and faculty. The Research Commons provides expertise on Digital Scholarship, Research Data Management, Data Analysis, Geographic Information Systems, Citation Management and more. It also houses a specialized computer lab to support digital scholarship teaching and learning. For further information, see the Branch website.
