    Pharmaceutical Sciences, fourth year: clinical clerkship begins (February 1-25 inclusive).

    Faculty textbook adoptions required by UBC Bookstore for courses beginning in May.

    Last day for payment of fees for any fee assessments incurred between January 1 and January 31. Students who have not paid their fees will be placed on financial hold: further registration activity will not be permitted, grades will not be released and graduation diplomas will be withheld.     Graduate Studies: Last day for supervisors to submit Nominations for External Examiner form to Faculty of Graduate and Postdoctoral Studies for May Graduation.

    Students wishing to be considered for a Major Entrance Scholarship must submit their online application for admission to UBC by December 1, 2017. This includes paying the admission fee and submitting in-progress or final Grade 11 and Grade 12 marks as requested in the online application. The information that Canadian applicants submit in their Personal Profile when applying to UBC will be used for admissions and for Major Entrance Scholarship consideration.

    Full-time Master of Business Administration (MBA) Program: First day of Period 2 and Period 7 exam week (December 4 – 9, 2017).
