Aseptic handling and characterization of microbes, growth properties, enzyme assays, protein analysis and plasmid isolation. Restricted to students in Microbiology and Immunology specializations. [2-4-0] Prerequisites: MICB 211 (or 201).Co-requisites: All of BIOL 200, BIOL 201 (or BIOC 202 or 203), CHEM 233, and MICB 212 (or 202).
