COMR_V 473 (3) Business Finance
Introduction to managerial finance, including the role and functioning of financial markets, procurement of funds and financing strategies, dividend policy, capital budgeting and financial analysis and planning. (For non-Commerce students only). Not for students with credit for, or exemption from, COMM_V 298 or COMM_V 421. Prerequisite: Either (a) all of ECON_V 101, ECON_V 102 or (b) ECON_V 100 or (c) all of ECON_V 310, ECON_V 311 or (d) all of ECON_V 101, ECON_V 311 or (e) all of ECON_V 102, ECON_V 310; and one of MATH_V 100, MATH_V 102, MATH_V 104, MATH_V 110, MATH_V 120, MATH_V 180, MATH_V 184. Corequisite: One of COMM_V 293, COMR_V 457. This course is not eligible for Credit/D/Fail grading.
