Heat and mass transfer; conduction and molecular diffusion; convective transfer; analogies among heat, mass and momentum transfer; heat exchanger design; mass transfer coefficients; interphase mass transfer. [4-0-2*]. Prerequisite: One of CHBE_V 251, CIVL_V 215 and MATH_V 256, or third-year or higher standing in ENVE. This course is not eligible for Credit/D/Fail grading.
