CHBE_V 344 (3) Introduction to Unit Operations

Foundational concepts and design equations for basic unit operations such as: comminution, screening, filtration, centrifugal separations, evaporation and crystallization. [3-0-2*] Prerequisite: Either (a) all of CHBE_V 241, CHBE_V 244 or (b) CIVL_V 215 or (c) third-year or higher standing in BASc. Not for credit for CHBE students. This course is not eligible for Credit/D/Fail grading.
