Students who have not paid their fees are placed on financial hold; further registration activity is not permitted, grades are not released, and graduation diplomas are withheld. Students are assessed a processing fee of $35 and interest is assessed on the outstanding balance until it is paid in full (see Fees).
Last day to submit online applications for affiliation scholarships, affiliation bursaries, awards for women in part-time studies, and awards for students with disabilities.
The Winter General Bursary application, available to students online through Workday between August 14 and September 15, closes at midnight PST. Students must be receiving full-time student loans for the 2026/27 session, have their enrolment confirmed with the lender by the bursary application deadline, and must have assessed unmet financial need to be considered for general bursaries.
